Docs: Move folders:delete from Admin to Edit in folder permissions docs The folder access control docs incorrectly listed folders:delete as an Admin-only action, but the code has included it in FolderEditActions since the feature was first introduced. This caused confusion for users who expected Edit permission not to allow folder deletion.
