Mathieu Fenniak a53aa04f5d [v14.0/forgejo] fix: in-progress job icon doesn't rotate on repo's action list (#10656) (#10663) ... **Backport:** #10656 (cherry picked from commit 0af52cdca2) In-progress jobs don't have a rotating status icon on `/org/repo/actions`. Likely a regression from #9444 as the rotation style was in `RepoActionView` which won't be loaded on the action list page. Manually tested and confirmed that the styling is effective on both `/org/repo/actions` and in the action log page (`.../runs/#/jobs/#/attempt/#`).
