subtype only)

                          - support "keys" clause

                                controls {
                                   inet * port 1024
                                        allow { any; } keys { "foo"; }
                                }

                          - allow "port xxx" to be left out of statement,
                            in which case it defaults to omapi's default port
                            of 953.
