Mark Andrews cd96894bcd Remove remaining RFC 3445 KEY flags ... RFC 3445 also eliminated the DNS_KEYTYPE_NOAUTH, DNS_KEYTYPE_NOCONF, and DNS_KEYOWNER_ENTITY flags. With NOAUTH and NOCONF gone, the concept of NOKEY can no longer be expressed in KEY records.
