Mark Andrews b048190e23 Relax private DNSKEY and RRSIG constraints ... DNSKEY, KEY, RRSIG and SIG constraints have been relaxed to allow empty key and signature material after the algorithm identifier for PRIVATEOID and PRIVATEDNS.
