Matthijs Mekking 9ff7609614 Convert ksk rollover test case to pytest ... Move the 'ksk-doubleksk' zones to the rollover test dir and convert KSK rollover test to pytest. Since the 'ksk-doubleksk' policy publishes different CDNSKEY/CDS RRsets, update the 'check_rollover_step' to check which CDNSKEY/CDS RRsets should be published and which should be prohibited. Update 'isctest.kasp' accordingly.
