Evan Hunt d4ebea1037 use a standard CLEANUP macro 
CLEANUP is a macro similar to CHECK but unconditional, jumping
to cleanup even if the result is ISC_R_SUCCESS. It is now used
in place of DST_RET, CLEANUP_WITH, and CHECK(<non-success constant>).
