Matthijs Mekking 75bfd8820d Add system test for reconfiguring CDS/CDNSKEY ... When on an 'rndc reconfig' the DNSSEC policy changes such that it changes the expected CDNSKEY/CDS records in the zone, the RRset should be updated accordingly. Add a test case where we reconfigure a zone with a policy such that these records should be removed, and on a second reconfigure add them back again.
