Evan Hunt ebf7b31aa3 merge dns_request_createvia() into dns_request_create() ... dns_request_create() was a front-end to dns_request_createvia() that was only used by test binaries. dns_request_createvia() has been renamed to dns_request_create(), and the test programs that formerly used dns_request_create() have been updated to use the new parameters.		2022-09-14 09:51:08 -07:00
