Ondřej Surý 3a339cfca4 Clean up frdataset in resume_dslookup() on shutdown ... When resume_dslookup() receives ISC_R_SHUTTINGDOWN or ISC_R_CANCELED, frdataset (fctx->nsrrset) was not disassociated.
