Nicki Křížek d738b907dc Remove license headers from named.conf test files

The removal was done with the following commands:

find bin/tests/system/ -type f -name "*.conf" -exec sed -i '1,12d; 13{/^$/d}' {} +
find bin/tests/system/ -type f -name "*.conf.*" -exec sed -i '1,12d; 13{/^$/d}' {} +
