b493dfe8bc Add bind9_getaddresses(), a consistent version of the get_address function 
from dig/host/nslookup, nsupdate, and rndc.  This should make it
easier to have the various programs support multiple addresses for a hostname.

40f53fa8d9 Trailing whitespace trimmed. Perhaps running "perl util/spacewhack.pl in your 
own CVS tree will help minimize CVS conflicts.  Maybe not.
Blame Graff for getting me to trim all trailing whitespace.

c118f038d6 288. [cleanup] dig is now installed in $bindir instead of $sbindir. 
host is now installed in $bindir.  (Be sure to remove
			any $sbindir/dig from a previous release.)

ebbfa36a62 Rearrange source files. dig.c/dighost.c builds dig binary, host.c/dighost.c 
builds host binary.  Host does not presently work.
Add some additional command line options on dig.

cc5ea458fe Fixed accidental commit of Makefile instead of Makefile.in. 
Added TCP mode to dig.  AXFR code partially written.
Merged into configure.in, bin/Makefile.in.
