4b6d5b2312 528. [func] The ISC_LIST_XXXX macros now perform sanity checks 
on their arguements.  ISC_LIST_XXXXUNSAFE can be use
                        to skip the checks however use with caution.

9282d220f4 New functions isc_file_template(), isc_file_renameunique(). 
isc_file_template() allows the caller to specify the prefix unlike
isc_file_mktemplate().  The later is now written using isc_file_template().

b7e031d517 435. [bug] dns_zone_dump() overwrote existing zone files 
rather than writing to a temporary file and
                        renaming.  This could lead to empty or partial
                        zone files being left around in certain error
                        conditions involving the initial transfer of a
                        slave zone, interfering with subsequent server
                        startup. [RT #282]

2c9c7c5bb5 433. [func] isc_base64_decodestring() now accepts newlines

7da0286b54 get rid of isc_random_t -- use a wrapper around rand() instead that doesn't do as much work. Also, implement isc_random_jitter(), used to generate a value between a min, max, with a provided jitter value. 2000-09-06 02:40:00 +00:00
