Merge branch '627-check-that-gid-uid-and-uinfo-can-be-loaded-using-unknown-record-format' into 'master'
Resolve "Check that GID, UID and UINFO can be loaded using unknown record format." Closes #627 See merge request isc-projects/bind9!896
