Mathieu Benoit c44ce4b814 [ADD] todo: TUI form to deploy VMs 
Shows every deployment setting at once, with a plan that recomputes on each
change and marks the collisions. A collapsible progress view follows.

Affiche tous les réglages de déploiement d'un coup, avec un plan qui se
recalcule à chaque changement et signale les collisions. Une vue de
progression repliable suit.

TODO is an assistant robot to use ERPLibre Execute it with ./script/todo/todo.py or make todo.

For a new project, copy todo_example.json to private/todo/todo_override.json | private/todo/todo_override_private.json and edit it.
