The language chooser was the only TODO screen without icons, and it spelled
Francais without its accent. The first-launch prompt and the one reached
from Configuration now open on a globe and mark each language with its flag;
the label reads Français in both.
Checked: both prompts displayed; test_todo and i18n tests, 108, pass.

Le choix de la langue était le seul écran de TODO sans icône, et il écrivait
Francais sans accent. L'invite du premier lancement et celle de Configuration
s'ouvrent désormais sur un globe et marquent chaque langue de son drapeau ;
le libellé se lit Français dans les deux.
Vérifié : les deux invites affichées ; test_todo et tests i18n, 108, passent.
